Steven Wayne is a private investor. Until recently, he was a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors, LP (“OHA”), a leading independent alternative investment firm, where he shared leadership of the firm’s U.S. private lending activities. In addition, he served as the President and CEO and was on the investment committee of OHA Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: OHAI), a Business Development Company that was externally managed by OHA. Steven was previously a Managing Director of Berenson & Company, a boutique investment and merchant bank, where he also served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he worked at a middle market private equity firm and began his career in the Corporate Finance Department of Drexel Burnham Lambert. Over his career, he has served as a director or observer of the Board of numerous companies. Most importantly, Steven is the proud father of two children, including GLAM founder Tessa Wayne, and cherishes his time working on GLAM, exploring fun math challenges, playing basketball and talking strategy with her. Steven earned a B.S., magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
